Airport Collaborative Decision Making Program (A-CDM)
The Airport CDM project is intended to integrate airport operations, airline operations, ground operations and air traffic operations processes and systems together aiming to improve the overall efficiency of operations at Toronto Pearson International Airport. The first phase will be focus to the aircraft turnaround process and the process of collaborative decision making in adverse conditions.
ACI-ACRIS
Prototyping the ACI RECOMMENDED ACRIS practice with some airports. when an airport, airline or associated service provider plans to exchange information between two or more IT solutions, the Service Oriented Architecture1 (SOA) principles and specifications described in this Recommended Practice (RP) should be applied.
EVIDS
FIDS re-engineering project together with Digital Content Management in terminal.
Resource Management System Program (RMS)
RMS program is to deliver a new age integraded system to manage the airport resources in Toronto Pearson International Airport including Runway capacity (slot), Gate, Counter and Baggage Belts. This system will replace the existing crucial Airport System (AODB) - Airport Traffic Information Management System (ATIMS), RMS will integrate with more airlines messages to update operational flight data in real time via either dadicated message connection or industry network: e.g. SITA Type B Messaging.
Enterprise Asset Management System Program (EAM)
EAM is going to deliver an integrated asset management system in Toronto Pearson
International Airport by IBM WebSphere Maximo technology. EAM will integrate Maximo, Finance Management, Workforce Management, Metasys, System, Fuel Management,
HR Management, Learning Management and Incident Management Systems together to manage the Airport assets, PO, PR, Inventory, Receive, Invoice and
Work Orders and Maintenance processes. A mobile solution will be provided to technitians to use the EAM in the field as well.
Security In Advince System Project
Air222305 consultans will provide solutions, archticture and engineering design for BSM, BPM and
BIDS messages integrations for this project.
Self Service Baggage Drop System Project
Air222305 consultans will provide solutions, archticture and engineering design for Depature Flight
Schedule and Beggage Belts allocation messaging, BSM, BPM, and Active Bag Mesaages integrations with airlines in this project.
