The Airport CDM project is intended to integrate airport operations, airline operations, ground operations and air traffic operations processes and systems together aiming to improve the overall efficiency of operations at Toronto Pearson International Airport. The first phase will be focus to the aircraft turnaround process and the process of collaborative decision making in adverse conditions.

RMS program is to deliver a new age integraded system to manage the airport resources in Toronto Pearson International Airport including Runway capacity (slot), Gate, Counter and Baggage Belts. This system will replace the existing crucial Airport System (AODB) - Airport Traffic Information Management System (ATIMS), RMS will integrate with more airlines messages to update operational flight data in real time via either dadicated message connection or industry network: e.g. SITA Type B Messaging.

EAM is going to deliver an integrated asset management system in Toronto Pearson International Airport by IBM WebSphere Maximo technology. EAM will integrate Maximo, Finance Management, Workforce Management, Metasys, System, Fuel Management, HR Management, Learning Management and Incident Management Systems together to manage the Airport assets, PO, PR, Inventory, Receive, Invoice and Work Orders and Maintenance processes. A mobile solution will be provided to technitians to use the EAM in the field as well.
